Doha: As part of its Corporate Social Responsibilities, Doha Bank held a blood donation drive at its headquarters in West Bay recently.
This initiative was held in partnership with the Blood Donor Center of Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) to support HMC’s nationwide campaign to encourage citizens and residents to become regular blood donors. The drive was well received with approximately 65 donors, which included bank staff and customers.
“We thank all our employees who have played a very important role by donating their blood and contributing towards saving someone’s life. Doha Bank is committed to contribute towards the country's social responsibilities. The gesture and generosity of our donor employees will definitely change and bring hope to many who are in dire need,” said Doha Bank’s CEO Dr. R Seetharaman.
