Doha: The Department of Meteorology warned Monday of expected strong wind at places inshore, and expected strong wind and high seas offshore.
The weather forecast for Qatar valid until 6pm Monday inshore will be scattered clouds with light rain at places at first, becoming mild daytime with slight dust to blowing dust at places at times, cold by night, offshore it will be hazy and partly cloudy with chance of scattered rain at first, the Department said in its daily report.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly 10 to 20 knot, reaching 25 knot at times at places, offshore will be northwesterly 15 to 25 knot.
Visibility will be 04 to 08/03 kilometer or less at places at times. The sea state inshore will be between two to four feet. offshore it will be five to seven or eight feet.
