Doha, Qatar: Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs H E Ghanem bin Shaheen bin Ghanem Al Ghanim received a written message yesterday from Grand Mufti of the Arab Republic of Egypt, President of the General Secretariat for Fatwa Authorities Worldwide H E Dr. Shawki Allam.
The message included an invitation for Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs to attend the conference of the General Secretariat for Fatwa Authorities Worldwide due to be convened in Cairo on October18-19 under the theme of fatwa and challenges of the third millennium.
The message was delivered by Ambassador of Egypt to Qatar H E Amr Kamal El Din El Sherbiny during a meeting with him.
