Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent yesterday a written message to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin pertaining to bilateral relations and the developments in the region.
The message was received by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during a meeting with Qatar's Ambassador to Russian Fahad bin Mohammed Al Attiyah.
