After keeping everybody guessing, Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte yesterday announced he is now open to running for president in the 2016 National Elections.
The mayor’s decision was immediately posted in social media where a number of supporters celebrated his announcement.
Duterte ranked third in Pulse Asia’s latest survey of potential presidential candidates, and fourth in the recent poll by the Social Weather Stations (SWS), respectively.
