MES Indian School pupil, Deepak Saji Kumar, won the first prize and a cash award in the Interschool Poster Making Contest on the theme Quit Smoking Campaign, aimed at creating awareness among the students on the harmful effects of smoking. Among nearly 100 entries, Deepak’s poster won the first prize and a cash award, while Devika Menon of the same school won the second position and a gift voucher.
