QNB and school in deal to train students in banking

Qatar National Bank- QNB and Qatar Banking Studies & Business Administration Independent Secondary School for Girls yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding to train students in the bank’s branches.
Banking imitation room at the school was also launched during the ceremony, which is a model for one of the bank branches and customer’s service section.
The model was established by QNB for students training in actual setting, said the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in a press release.
The aim of the agreement is to expose the students to practical training in different branches of the bank, and by the time they graduate they will become experienced on how to deal with customers and how to handle applications.
On behalf of the school, the MoU was signed by Zabyah Al Rashed Abu Ainain, school director, and by Nada Ahmed Al Ansari, Assistant of General Director at QNB on behalf of the bank. The agreement was signed in the presence of Abdullah Nasser Al Khalifa, Director General of Human Resources at QNB and Ali Al Kawari, head of Adult Education Department at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
