DOHA: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani endorsed yesterday Cabinet decision No. (11) of 2017 extending the leases of building premises and parts thereof that are used for non-residential purposes. The Emir endorsed Cabinet decisions No. (7), No. (8), No. (9) and No. (10) of 2017, expropriating certain real estate for the public benefit.
The Emir also issued an instrument of ratification approving the ratification of an MoU on the exchange of experiences and cooperation in legal and judicial affairs between the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Justice and Law of the Republic of Colombia, signed in Bogota.
The Emir also endorsed a cabinet decision No. (11) of 2017 extending the leases of building premises and parts thereof that are used for non-residential purposes. The Emir ratified Cabinet decision No. (12) of 2017 on the applicability of the provisions of Law No. (24) of 2002 on retirement and pensions for Qatari employees at Deco company.
