Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani held a telephone call with Foreign Minister of the Federal Republic of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, to congratulate him for his official nomination by the ruling coalition as candidate for the German presidency. The Emir wished the German Foreign Minister success in his new post, looking forward for further cooperation between the two countries.
