Doha, Qatar: The State of Qatar participated in the 13th Session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organised Crime, held in Vienna, Austria.
The Qatari delegation was headed by H.E. Major General Dr. Abdullah Yousuf Al-Mal, Legal Advisor to the Minister of Interior, who, in Qatar’s statement to the conference, stressed the importance of strengthening international cooperation and multilateral action, implementing relevant international conventions to combat transnational organized crime and related offences, and promoting prevention and capacity-building to enhance security and stability.
