Doha, Qatar: Pakistan International School Qatar (PISQ), held its prize distribution ceremony 2026 on September 17, 2026, at Arbab Hall, celebrating the academic achievements and accomplishments of high-performing students from the KG, Primary, Girls, Boys, and Cambridge Wings, along with the school’s IKMC Gold Medalists.
The ceremony was held under the guidance and leadership of the Principal, PISQ, Ch. Muhammad Afzal, and was arranged and coordinated by the Event Manager, Azmina Saheef, with the valuable support of the school administration, Vice Principals, Exam Officers, teachers, and event support teams.
The ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Ali Sikandar, Alumnus of PISQ and also Active Member of board of governors Of PISQ, who joined the Principal and Vice Principals in recognising and appreciating the achievements of the students. The Chief Guest was warmly received at the school and was presented with a bouquet by student volunteers.
The programme commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Master Abdul Hakam, followed by the National Anthem and a vibrant welcome performance by the KG Wing. The ceremony then proceeded with the presentation of certificates and medals to the deserving students. A total of 89 certificates and medals were presented during the ceremony. The award recipients included 22 students from the KG Wing, 32 students from the Primary Wing, including two Grade 4 IKMC Gold Medalists, 14 position holders from the Girls Wing, 13 position holders from the Boys Wing, and 6 position holders from the Cambridge Wing.
The ceremony also featured a School Progress Presentation, highlighting the continued achievements and development of Pakistan International School Qatar. The programme was confidently hosted by Farwa Gillani and Jebran, with student hosts from the Boys and Girls Wings receiving mentorship and guidance from Shahabuddin Gillani. Their confident presentation and smooth coordination contributed to the professional flow of the ceremony.
The successful organisation of the event involved extensive coordination among the Vice Principals, Exam Officers, duty teachers, Administration, Event Management Team, reception and discipline teams, stage and décor team, photography team, student volunteers, and supporting staff. Dedicated teams worked to ensure the proper arrangement of certificates and medals, student movement, stage management, seating, parent guidance, guest reception, photography, and overall event coordination.
