Doha, Qatar: The Indian Business and Professionals Council (IBPC QATAR) under the initiative of the Embassy of India, organised a virtual technocrat meeting with All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) recently.
The topic of discussion “South-South International Education in Post-pandemic Era: AICTE initiatives” was empowered and enriched by an audience of over 100 participants.
Jaffer Us Sadik, President IBPC, inaugurated and addressed the gathering. Er. Nasser Jeham Al Kuwari, former CEO of Q-Chem and QAFAC, Chairman, CoreInfo was Guest of Honor and spoke about education enhancement program in Qatar.
Dr. T G Sitharam, the chairman of the All-India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Education, Government of India, was the Keynote Speaker.
Dr. TG Sitharam presented Objectives of AICTE education system, elements of human capital, AITCE shifting focus from imparting cognitive skills to Non-cognitive skills, Research innovation and Entrepreneurship among others.
AICTE initiative on Girls and Women Education, AICTE model Curriculum, Students development, policy awareness and stakeholder management, Institutional development scheme, ATAL academy and Hackathon at Glance.
IBPC Vice President Abdul Sathar, compered the event and expressed IBPC’s gratitude to all the dignitaries and participant for their support in making the event successful.
