Jeddah: Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) H E Hissein Brahim Taha, in Jeddah, the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, received yesterday the credentials of H E Rashid bin Saeed Al Khayarin as Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the OIC.
