Doha, Qatar: Dukhan Bank has received yet another international recognition for its innovative approach to banking services by winning the ‘Most Transformed Islamic Bank in Qatar 2023’ from Euromoney’s Islamic Finance Awards 2023.
This recognition is a testament to the bank’s unwavering commitment to digital innovation, customer-centric services, and its relentless pursuit of excellence in the banking industry.
Dukhan Bank was honoured for its innovative and digital products and services that enhance the customers’ interactive engagement with the bank and comprehensive banking experience.
The award recognised Dukhan Bank’s exceptional achievements in revolutionising the Islamic banking landscape through various groundbreaking initiatives.
Among the notable milestones and pioneering initiatives that contributed to this accolade, is the successful launch of the bank’s artificial intelligence-powered, multi-channel virtual assistant, which transformed the bank’s interactions with customers and made access to information easier and quicker in both English and Arabic languages, as well as being the first bank in Qatar to join Mastercard’s innovative digital-first program by launching the first prepaid digital card in Qatar on its mobile app.
