Doha: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received a written message from President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, regarding the bilateral relations between the two countries and the means of enhancing them. The message was received by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs H E Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, when he met with Ambassador of Bulgaria to Qatar Metin Kazak, yesterday.
