Some 20 fashion designers will display wedding dresses and jewellery at the 10th edition of International Wedding Exhibition & Fashion Show Doha (IWED) 2017, which will be held from April 25 to 29 at Doha Exhibition and Convention Center.
Over 120 of the most high-status international, regional and local wedding professionals will participate in the exhibition. The best products and services for thousands of visitors will be showcased at the event, which will every day have four fashion shows of each designer. “We are celebrating the tenth anniversary by organising this exhibition. Qatar Expo is keeping more wedding business at home and convenient for local wedding clients by bringing top wedding companies to Doha," Hadi A Ali, Qatar Expo’s Chief Executive Officer said at a press conference yesterday.
“This year 20 fashion designers are showcasing their masterpieces at the exhibition. The size of the venue is double last year’s exhibition and stretches over 5,700 square metres. More than 120 stands will be placed at the exhibition. We have designers from UK, Lebanon, Turkey and local designers to showcase their special and new designs. A private fashion show will be conducted at DECC and invites will be sent out to couples who are planning to get married this year," he added.
With more than 120 stands, IWED is open to both wedding professionals and the public. Visitors will discover a vast range of high quality wedding products and services from wedding planners, fashion designers, wedding gift suppliers, flower designers, honeymoon organisers, catering companies, jewellery designers, hair and beauty products and stylists and hotel groups.
