Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani chaired the first meeting of the Board of Directors of the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy for the year 2017, held at the Emiri Diwan yesterday, QNA reported. The Deputy Emir H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani attended the meeting.
The Personal Representative of the Emir and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors H H Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani, Prime Minister and Interior Minister and Board Member H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, and other members of the Board of Directors were also present. Discussions covered the latest developments and the progress that has been achieved in the projects for Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup over the past months. The meeting also touched on investment opportunities concerning Ras Abu Aboud stadium.
