Doha, Qatar: The Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice has started issuing real estate certificates using a design that adheres to Qatar’s brand identity, following the brand’s design principles, brand marks, accessibility, colour palette, typography, and design assets.
The department explained that the redesign features an unforgettable signature scheme and uses scratch and damage resistant security paper, in addition to offering bigger space for ownership details, as well as taking into consideration environmentally friendly standards.
Director of the Real Estate Registration Department, Amer Saeed Al Ghafri said the new issuance followed Minister of Justice H E Masoud bin Mohammed Al Amri’s directives to redesign all Ministry of Justice documents in accordance with Qatar’s visual brand identity requirements.
Al Ghafri explained that the new certificate design does not amend the data or cancel the validity of older certificates, adding that it is solely a matter of redesign for newly issued documents.
