The State of Qatar strongly condemned and denounced the killing of Russian Ambassador to Turkey, Andrey Karlov, who was shot during an art exhibition in the Turkish capital of Ankara.
In a statement issued yesterday, the Foreign Ministry reaffirmed that the incident is a criminal act that contradicts with all divine religions, human values and diplomatic norms.
