Riyadh: Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry H E Sultan bin Rashid Al Khater participated in the 55th preparatory meeting for the GCC Trade Cooperation Committee and the 41st preparatory meeting for the GCC Industrial Cooperation Committee, held at the headquarters of the Secretariat General of the Gulf Cooperation Council in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the meetings, Their Excellencies Undersecretaries of Trade and Industry discussed several topics of common interest listed on their agenda and made recommendations based thereon to Their Excellencies Ministers of Commerce and Industry in the GCC States for them to adopt in their upcoming meetings and take the appropriate relevant measures.
On the other hand, the MoCI Undersecretary attended the inauguration of the annual Gulf Entrepreneurs Forum. In addition, Al Khater participated in the consultative meetings between Their Excellencies GCC Ministers of Industry and Commerce and a wide selection of GCC entrepreneurs.
The consultative meeting dealt with discussing several aspects related to entrepreneurship system and the most important challenges and recommendations to strengthen the GCC entrepreneurship system.
