Alwadi Doha MGallery Hotel Collection has appointed Samita Panda as new Executive Housekeeper.
Samita will be instrumental in further enhancing the procedures of Alwadi Doha MGallery Hotel Collection’s commitment to the 'ALLSafe and Clean' programme, which ensures utmost safety and hygiene for guests and heartists across all functions.
Samita and her team will drive their efforts towards the overall maintenance of the hotel to enable smooth operations and ensure an elevated experience for guests.
Samita comes with an experience of 15 years in the hospitality industry, having worked with prestigious hotel brands such as the Kempinski, Radisson, Sofitel, and the St. Regis DownTown in Dubai, UAE.
She is known to possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills with proven abilities in team management and guest relationship management.
Samita is well-versed with modern housekeeping techniques, optimum resource utilisation strategies, and the implementation of the highest safety and hygiene standards within hotel operations.
Samita is from India and holds the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Home Science.
She has graduated with honours from Ramadevi Women’s College and holds a post-graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management.
