Doha: QNB Stars League is set to resume January 4 after a long hiatus since September 14 over Qatar's hosting of World Cup 2022 edition.
Weeks 8 fixtures will be played on January 4 and 5, while those of Week 9 will be held on January 11 and 12.
The QNB Stars League was suspended after Week 7, with Al Arabi leading the league table with 16 points, one point ahead of second-placed Al Wakrah.
Al Duhail comes third with 14 points, while Al Rayyan remained last with a single point.
