Bhavan’s Public School organised exhibitions on philately, numismatics and photography recently to commemorate the World Post Day and World Tourism Day. The Chief Guest Hussain Rajab Al Ismail, Chairman, Philately Club, inaugurated the exhibitions.
A philately quiz competition was organised by the Quiz club and was conducted by Nazim, Social Science teacher and the Quiz Master. The principal welcomed the gathering. School president, Baburajan, pointed out that the students can enrich their knowledge through such exposures and appreciated the efforts taken by the students. The Chief Guest lauded the school for organising such exhibitions and invited the students to visit his organization for a wider exposure.
Prizes were distributed by the Chief Guest to the winners of the quiz competition. R O Kader, Vice Chairman, Bhps, Anjana Menon, Administrator, Bhps, Prabhavathy Nambiar, Vice Principal and Headmaster M P Philip were present at the function. Vote of Thanks was proposed by Rebecca, Convener, Philately Club and Roopesh, anchored the programme.
