MANILA: A security guard, 35, was allegedly shot dead by his neighbor in Ilocos Sur province in the northern Philippines on Saturday, according to local police.
Investigators said the victim went to his male neighbor's house at about 137 p.m. The suspect refused to let him in, yet the victim insisted on entering. Then, the suspect shot the victim once in the head with a firearm.
The victim was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead. The suspect was later arrested.
