Doha, Qatar: The Qatar-Bangladesh Joint Committee on Labour convened yesterday under the co-chairmanship of Minister of Labour H E Dr. Ali bin Smaikh Al Marri, and H E Ariful Haque Chowdhury, Minister of Labour and Employment and Minister for Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment of Bangladesh.
The Committee reviewed avenues to enhance bilateral cooperation and coordination across diverse labour-related sectors, with a view to further strengthening partnership mechanisms.
