The Director-General of Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) H E Khalifa bin Jassim Al Kuwari met in Doha yesterday with Minister of Education, Culture and Higher Education in the Federal Republic of Somalia H E Farah Sheikh Abdulqadir. The two sides discuss bilateral relations and QFFD’s existing projects in Somalia.
