Madrid: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani has said investment partnership initiative with Spain represents a starting point towards strengthening the solid relations between the two friendly countries, noting that the volume of investments agreed upon with the Spanish side amounts to $5bn in various sectors.
In a statement to QNA on the sidelines of H H the Amir's state visit to Spain, Sheikh Mohammed said the two countries are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between them, noting that there are great opportunities to increase mutual investments and achieve common interests in all fields.
