Kabul--At least five people were killed when a suspected suicide bomber struck the parking lot of the Afghan justice ministry in central Kabul on Tuesday evening, the deputy interior minister said.
"Four men and one woman were killed. The body of one of the victims was torn into pieces and we cannot verify if he was the suicide attacker," deputy minister Mohammad Ayoub Salangi told AFP.
