ISTANBUL: Rumours of attacks elsewhere in Istanbul are false and Turkish authorities are continuing to investigate a suicide bombing in one of the city's main shopping districts that killed four people and wounded 20, the local governor said on Saturday.

Vasip Sahin's comments were made to reporters and carried live by broadcaster CNN Turk.
