Istanbul bombing wounds 36, seven in serious condition: Minister

ISTANBUL: A suicide bombing on an Istanbul shopping street that killed four people on Saturday also wounded 36, and seven of them are in a serious condition, the country's health minister said.

Health Minister Mehmet Muezzinoglu said 12 of those wounded were foreigners.
