Moscow: One of the two flight recorders of the Flydubai Boeing 737-800 airliner was found at the crash site at the Rostov-on-Don airport in Russia's southwestern Rostov region, and the search for the second one is ongoing, the TASS news agency reported.
"By now, one recorder was found - the speech recorder. Investigators and experts are studying its conditions. Searches for the other recorder are under way," Russian Investigative Commitee Vladimir Markin has confirmed.
The Investigative Committee is also contacting representatives of the FlyDubai Company for probe into the Boeing crash in southern Russia's Rostov-on-Don.
"The investigators are establishing contacts with FlyDubai, and their representatives soon will arrive in Rostov-on-Don," Markin said.
The investigators "are studying documents and actions of the airport's services," he added.
