Doha, Qatar: During a two-week period from October 31 to November 13, 2025, municipal authorities received a significant volume of public service requests.
A total of 4,421 requests for pest control services were officially submitted during the specified period. With the majority of requests handled digitally: 2,846 submissions were made via the popular “Oun” application, 1,493 were received through the Unified Call Centre, and 82 requests came through the E-Government Website. Al Rayyan municipality recorded the highest volume with 1,072 requests, closely followed by Doha with 1,013 requests.
