Noble International School celebrated the sixth Annual Sports Day on November 17 at Al Ahli Sports Club.
Suman Sharma, second secretary (PIC, Politics and Education) Embassy of India, was the chief guest of the day and declared the Sports Meet open. The Function was felicitated by Mohammed Abdul Nasser, Secretary General, Qatar Hockey Federation, and School General Convener Rahim Kunnummal. School Vice Chairman Mohammed Easa presided over the function.
The function started with a prayer by Nuha Nawar, followed by a speech by School Principal Hameed Ali Yahya. The school sports captain Mohammed Mishal led the oath taking ceremony.
The colourful welcome dance “Ping Pong” and the drill presented by the tiny tots of kindergarten stole the heart of the spectators. House captains led the march past holding their respective flags.
A large number of parents were present at the function to witness the performance of their children.
School headmistress Shaheen Akhtar proposed the vote of thanks.
