Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued yesterday an instrument of ratification approving Cabinet Decision No 27 of 2017 on establishing a technical committee to examine the indices of international reports on the business environment in Qatar. The decision is effective from its date of publication in the official gazette.
