Doha: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday morning performed Eid Al Fitr prayers, along with officials, at Al Wajba praying ground.

H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, sheikhs and ministers also performed the prayers.
Dr Thaqeel Sayer Al Shammari, Judge at Court of Cassation and Member of Supreme Judiciary Council, led the prayers and delivered the Eid sermon. He urged Muslims to do good deeds, work in line with God’s directives, visit each other and maintain ties with kinship as good traits of believers. He also urged Muslims to follow a moderate approach in implementing divine jurisdictions neither with intolerance nor negligence.
Dr Al Shammari highlighted manifestations of corruption and called on Muslim national to unite and stand firmly against those who want to undermine it. QNA
