Doha, Qatar: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani received a phone call from HE Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the call, they reviewed bilateral relations and ways to support and strengthen them, and discussed the latest regional developments, particularly the agreement reached between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the efforts being made to enhance security and stability in the region.
His Excellency the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs affirmed, during the call, the State of Qatar’s continued full support for all good offices and endeavors aimed at enhancing regional security and stability, and reaching sustainable solutions to outstanding issues through dialogue and peaceful means, in accordance with the principles of international law and good neighborliness. He emphasized that this would contribute to opening new horizons for cooperation, development, and prosperity, and achieve the common interests of the peoples of the region and the world.
