Sharq Village and Spa has a special treat lined up for weekend revellers looking for a laid-back yet sumptuous culinary experience with the launch of Barbeque by the Pool at Al Seef. Throughout March and April, the weekends are going to take a distinct pool-side vibe as families and friends soak in the sun whilst enjoying a flavourful menu at the stunning Al Seef restaurant.
The feast begins with a selection of Oriental and Lebanese mezze and freshly prepared salads. The barbecue buffet showcases a combination of regional and international favourites with new specialties including the spaghetti carbonara, beef burger and freshly caught seafood. Highlights include fine cuts of meat such as beef kebab, marinated chicken cutlets and lamb kofta, all grilled to perfection. The hotel’s youngest guests will have a number of games and activities prepared for them such as board games, face painting, bouncy castle and more.
