Doha, Qatar: The first edition of the Doha International Music and Marching Festival (Doha Tattoo) was officially inaugurated under the patronage of the Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya), HE Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, on Tuesday evening, December 16, 2025, at the Katara Cultural Village.
The opening ceremony was attended by Lieutenant General (Pilot) Jassim bin Mohammed Al Mannai, Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces, and, Secretary General of the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), HE Valdecy Urquiza along with a number of senior state officials.
The festival runs until December 20, 2025, featuring military music and marching bands from the State of Qatar, as well as ensembles from several brotherly and friendly countries.
