The Civil Service and Governmental Development Bureau (CSGDB), in cooperation with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) and the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC), organised job interviews for those who applied via the national employment platform (Kawader).
Ahead of the interviews, HMC and PHCC officials held an introductory meeting to inform the candidates about the nature of work in the health sector in the country and the most important areas available in it.
During the past few days, CSGDB has trained the job seekers on methods for preparing CVs and passing personal interviews for employment to highlight their skills and abilities and pass interviews to obtain a job that matches their educational qualifications and skills.
CSGDB emphasized the follow-up of recruitment procedures closely by assigning specialised representatives to attend employment interviews in coordination with the bodies where those interviews are held, in addition to seeking to continuously update the procedures for nomination for jobs through the Kawader platform, in cooperation with governmental and semi-governmental agencies in the country.
