Qatar Youth Hostels conclude its summer programs

Doha, Qatar: Qatar Youth Hostels concluded its summer programs which included 7 activities for different age groups from 10 years to 29. 

Head of Public Relations and Communication Department at Qatar Youth Hostels Abdullah Saeed aid in a statement on Thursday that the 2023 summer was unique and exceptional in the Qatari Youth Hostels, as it succeeded in organizing 7 summer programs that are diverse in content and implementation, in cooperation with various government and private agencies, such as Qatar Museums and the Ministries of Health, Environment and Climate Change. 

Saeed points out that summer programs for youth hostels attracted Qatari children and youth to participate in the largest possible number, with a total of 181 male and female participants in all programs, which helped enable children and youth to develop their skills and train them to become owners of tourism projects and leaders in the tourism field.

He added that the summer program, which saw interaction of the participants and their families, sought to instill a love of exploration and learning about the world in the participants through 7 tourism programs, in addition to organizing tours for the guests of the 10th Scientific Conference for Pharmacy Students in the Middle East (EMPS), which was organized by Qatar University last month. He also appreciated the efforts of the Qatar Youth Hostels team and the volunteers who contributed to the implementation and success of these programs.
