An official source from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Consular Affairs Department said that the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova adopted a law that exempts citizens of the State of Qatar from visa requirements from entering Moldova, if they have a residence or a valid visa from any EU or Schengen area countries.
This would allow the Qatari citizens to stay for a total of 90 calendar days during a total period of 180 days. If they exceed the 90-calendar day period, citizens will have to obtain a long-stay visa.
