Doha: Qatar Media Corporation (QMC) won three gold awards and a silver award at the 23rd Arab Radio and Television Festival, which concluded with an artistic concert at Carthage Theatre in Tunisia. On Thursday evening, the QMC won the golden award in the category of health programmes for the programme Sawaed produced by Qatar Radio.
It also won the Golden Award in the category of Agricultural Programmes for the programme Green fertilisers produced by Qatar Radio. The radio also won a silver award in the category of children’s programmes for the programme Awtad which is also produced by it.
