DOHA: Lusail Real Estate Development Company has announced the launch of the second stage of luxury villa sales at Qetaifan Islands.
The villas will be sold to Qataris through a public offering system whereby buyers will be drawn from a pool of applicants. The offering will be organised in cooperation with authorities. The company will set up a booth at Sheraton Hotel over three days from June 22 to brief potential clients on the project. Company representatives will be available a daily until noon to answer inquiries. In March last year, the company announced the first stage of sales of 50 plots with a surface area between 1,200sqm and 4,100sqm.
Located off the coast and a short drive from Lusail City, Qetaifan Islands offers residents a holistic community experience in a relaxed and luxurious environment. The islands, designed to maximise views to the magnificent waterfront, include a marina that hosts some of the most exclusive beaches and marvellous yachts.
The islands will be connected through pedestrian bridges and will feature traditional souqs, reflecting Qatar’s cultural heritage. The souqs will offer exclusive shopping experience to visitors who will benefit from over 3,500 parking lots connected to exists through tree-shaded pathways.
The surrounding area will host children’s playgrounds along the walkway facing the marina and the islands will be home to two schools and mosques.
The four islands are connected to Lusail City through suspension bridges with granite and luxurious glass fences. The Peninsula
