Doha: Qatar Football Association Executive Committee member Hani Ballan presided over the Qatari delegation, which is participating in the 73rd FIFA Congress currently taking place in the Rwandan capital city of Kigali.
The Qatari delegation also consists of QFA Secretary General, Mansoor Al Ansari and Head of International Relations Mohamed Fakhro.
The 73rd FIFA Congress kicked off on March 13, bringing together about 2,000 delegates from 211-member associations and other football stakeholders.
