The Department of Mathematics of Doha Modern Indian School celebrated the ‘Pi Day’ recently, with a purpose of instilling in students an interest in Mathematics and motivating them. The teachers enlightened the students in an interactive session on facts about Pi Day. An informative Power Point presentation about the history of Pi was shown in the primary sections to give an idea of its significance in mathematics.
