Doha, Qatar: Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has announced changes to the operating hours of a number of services during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
All emergency and inpatient services across HMC’s network of hospitals, including Pediatric Emergency Centers, will continue to operate as normal, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Access to services delivered through the National Healthcare Helpline can be made by calling 16000, selecting the preferred language, and then choosing the relevant option according to the service required.
Nesma’ak Customer Service
The Nesma’ak Customer Service helpline (16060) will continue to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Outpatient Department Clinics
Outpatient Department clinics will continue to run as usual in conjunction with the Urgent Consultation Service from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday.
HMC Urgent Consultation Service
The HMC Urgent Consultation Service will operate from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday. Patients can access the service by calling 16000, selecting the language, choosing 3 for HMC, and then selecting 1 for HMC Urgent Consultation.
Mental Health Helpline
The Mental Health Helpline will operate from 8am to 1pm, Saturday to Thursday. Patients can access the service by calling 16000, selecting the language, and choosing 4 for the Mental Health Helpline.
HMC Pharmacy Medication Delivery
The Pharmacy Medication Delivery service will be available from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday. Patients can access the service by calling 16000, selecting the language, choosing 3 for HMC, and then selecting 2 for Medication Delivery.
Qatar National Blood Donor Center
The Qatar National Blood Donor Center will operate Sunday to Thursday from 8am to 1pm and 6pm to 12am. It will be closed on Fridays and will operate on Saturdays from 6pm to 12am.
HMC Clinic at Sealine
HMC Clinic at Sealine will operate on Thursday and Friday from 2pm to 2am, and on Saturday from 10am to 10pm.
Bone and Joint Center
Bone and Joint Center clinics will run from 8am to 1pm, with evening clinics operating from 1pm to 3pm.
Clinical Imaging Call Center
The Clinical Imaging Call Center will continue operating as usual, Sunday to Thursday from 8am to 6pm, and on Saturdays from 8am to 2pm. For booking inquiries or rescheduling, patients can call 16060 at any time or send text through WhatsApp to 44393377.
Therapeutic Dietetics and Nutrition Services
Therapeutic Dietetics and Nutrition Services will operate as usual from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday. Patients can access the service by calling 16060, selecting the language, choosing 4 for Therapeutic Dietetics and Nutrition Services, and then selecting 1 to follow up on orders for dietary supplements.
