Furthermore, 27 issues of Official Gazette were published in both print and electronic formats, accessible via the Ministry of Justice’s website and Qatar Legal Portal (Al Meezan).
To facilitate the use of various legislative instruments by both individuals and legal entities, the ministry issued legal codes for 22 laws, each containing the full texts of relevant legislation serving the community, as well as most commonly used and referenced legal provisions. This initiative was further strengthened by translating laws into English to achieve broader goal of publication ensuring accessibility and compliance for all stakeholders. This initiative is part of the Ministry of Justice’s ongoing efforts to promote legal awareness, enrich legal sector, and provide researchers and legal professionals with a simplified mechanism to access legislative instruments in both Arabic and English, using the latest legal research tools.
