Doha: Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) represented by Human Resources Department’s Staff Development Centre launched a series of workshops for the leadership of the Corporate to improve efficiency and productivity of their performance.
This reflects impeccably on corporate level performance and the quality of the workflow across all departments.
These workshops represent Kahramaa’s appreciation of human development, and the essential role it plays in enhancing the process of the comprehensive development on all levels. Moreover, this series of workshops, which is organised within the Training Management System Project, extends until the first week of March, in which a number of the corporate’s leadership and administrative participate, divided into eight groups in order to concentrate on the needs, observations and initiatives of all participants from all departments.
Kahramaa is particularly focused on the human element (technicians and employees of all categories) as it has dedicated several initiatives to support the development and improvement of the talents of its staff.
