Doha: Sharjah will open a women’s only beach in Dibba Al Hisn, Emirates News Agency, WAM, reported.
Accorfing to the report Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, on Tuesday gave instructions to build the women’s only beach during his inspection tour of vital services and projects in Dibba Al Hisn.
During his tour, Dr Shaikh Sultan instructed concerned authorities to develop the old district into a heritage site that will be under the supervision of Sharjah Heritage Institute, establish a heritage village, build a women’s-only beach and an aquarium for tourism purposes.
