Hernandez tips De Gea for greatness

MANCHESTER, United Kingdom: David de Gea will become the best goalkeeper in the world within the next two years, according to his Manchester United team-mate Javier Hernandez.
Spanish shot-stopper de Gea has had a torrid start to his Old Trafford career since arriving from Atletico Madrid in 2011, appearing to struggle with the physicality of English football and the increased number of crosses he is expected to deal with in the Premier League.
“A lot of people who know about football know that David is a top-class goalkeeper,” Hernandez told MUTV, United’s in-house television station.
“That is why Manchester United bought him.
“They saw how good he can be. If he wasn’t at the right level to play at this club he wouldn’t be here and they are trying to look after him,” he said. AFP
